Job Overview:
Omada is seeking a Program Manager, Strategy and Operations to drive execution and operational alignment across its Clinical organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating corporate and functional strategy into clear priorities, structured processes, and measurable results.
The Program Manager is an internally-facing role that manages the team’s execution against corporate and function-level strategy. This individual is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of our team’s mission by facilitating team meetings, planning offsites, and program managing small to medium Clinical workstreams. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, you are part of a growing need at Omada of strong program managers/operators that manage team and initiative operations ensuring that our team is working collaboratively toward the same goals across the organization.
Your Impact:
- Support clinical planning and execution: Support annual and quarterly planning processes for the Clinical organization, ensuring alignment with Omada’s corporate strategy and goals
- Manage complex initiatives: Program-manage small to medium clinical workstreams, often requiring cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Research, and Care Delivery. Ensure Clinical POV is embedded into initiatives
- Facilitate executive alignment: Run Clinical meetings by coordinating agendas, guiding discussions, and driving accountability on deliverables
- Enable cross-functional communication: Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
- Plan and manage Clinical team offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategy to day-to-day execution
- Shape process and policy: Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness across multiple disciplines
- Represent Clinical perspective externally: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners as needed
About You:
You bring advanced experience in healthcare management, operations, and/or strategy, with a proven track record of helping organizations deliver results through strong planning, execution, and alignment. You are equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to drive initiatives forward.
You possess:
- 7+ years of healthcare industry experience (5+ with Master’s, 3+ with PhD), ideally in digital health, health systems, or healthcare
- Demonstrated success in program or project management with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational effectiveness and ability to design and execute operational frameworks
- Enjoy setting metrics and helping teams achieve them
- Experience working with exec-level people
- Exceptional communication skills (written,verbal, presentation) with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Track record of building strong background in cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority. The ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment with change and ambiguity
Bonus Points for:
- Degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or organizational management
- Familiarity with population health management, digital health program design, or clinical operations
- Experience working with external stakeholders (consultants, partners, clients) to advance organizational goals

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $128,800 - $161,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,200 - $154,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
