Summary: The Configuration Senior Specialist is responsible for the delivery of on-time and accurate supplier configurations required for client and enterprise projects. Qualified candidates will manage multiple configurations and projects independently, delivering strategic project updates to key stakeholders internally and externally. This individual will be responsible for successful completion of complex, cross-functional project(s) and adherence to all regulatory guidelines. The Configuration Senior Specialist will be required to consult with key stakeholders and provide strategies to meet project requirements across various platforms, products, and capabilities. This role will collaborate across departments to drive process improvement and best practices that position Onbe as a leader in the industry. This position will be based out of our Conshohocken, PA office 2 days/week onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a mastery understanding of internal and external supplier system platforms, products and capabilities
  • Deliver on-time and accurate supplier configurations as outlined in the client project request
  • Independently develop configuration scope and requirements to meet project timelines and objectives
  • Execute effective configuration methodology and customize project plans based on internal / external processes, configuration and client requirements
  • Adjust project plans to align and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all assigned projects, escalations and blockers
  • Provide regular and detailed updates to other stakeholders to ensure project status is known
  • Coordinate and host external supplier calls, helping maintain agendas, individually owning talking points related to assigned projects
  • Maintain configuration and project trackers to ensure external supplier partners are meeting target SLAs
  • Understand and articulate complex interdependencies between suppliers, platforms, and products
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately remediate production issues in line with the external supplier configurations
  • Execute on change management requests that require external supplier facing engagement
  • Participate in beta testing on new features and functionality as requested by enterprise stakeholders
  • Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the assigned role
  • Maintain expert knowledge of partner capabilities and how to apply them to the client project request, adhering to all Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
  • Execution of miscellaneous project tasks and efficiency initiatives assigned by manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a supplier facing configuration role using proven implementation or project management methodologies
  • Experience in implementing and managing projects across multiple platforms
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and OnePlan
  • Experience with the development, tracking, and execution of detailed launch plans for assigned projects
  • Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem preferred but not required

The base salary range for this position is between $67,000-$69,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
