Associate Revenue Operations Specialist

Summary

OneStream is looking for an Associate Revenue Systems Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This associate-level role is focused on executing the day-to-day operations that keep our revenue platforms running. The ideal candidate will handle incoming direct questions from business users and support tickets, follow established processes, assist with guided system configuration changes, and build documentation as they develop familiarity with our tools and workflows. They will work closely with more senior team members, escalating issues appropriately and growing their knowledge of tech solutions including Gong, Consensus, Seismic, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a foundation in revenue operations and systems administration. The associate will follow documented governance standards, flag data quality issues as they encounter them, and contribute to process documentation as they learn. They will use AI-enabled tools to identify revenue system issues and trends, helping senior team members design more effective solutions and processes. Success in this role is defined by reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. 

 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Handle incoming support tickets for system errors, following documented resolution steps and escalating to senior team members when needed—collaborating with Marketing Ops, SFDC Admin, Internal Support and Enablement teams to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Assist well-defined system configuration changes.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to help spot patterns and recurring issues across support tickets and system data, summarizing findings so senior team members can develop solutions and connect the dots between systems and processes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and step-by-step job aids as new workflows and features are introduced.
  • Provide day-to-day support for revenue platforms including Gong, Consensus, Cognism, Lusha, and ZoomInfo, following established maintenance procedures.
  • Flag data quality issues as they are identified, documenting findings and escalating for resolution by senior team members.
  • Follow established governance policies and standards, reporting any observed compliance gaps to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with testing and validation of system changes, following test scripts and documenting results.
  • Support vendor management tasks such as submitting tickets and logging feature requests.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes within revenue systems, including managing user access, licenses, and platform permissions in coordination with IT, SFDC Admin, and relevant system owners. 

 Required Education and Experience 

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience with tool integrations and automation workflows related to tech solutions.
  • Experience supporting or administering Sales or Revenue systems (e.g., Gong, Consensus, Cognism, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business administration or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills. 

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Excel proficiency.
  • SaaS or high-tech company experience.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for issue resolution.
  • Ability to think critically and analyze complex problems.
  • Growing proficiency in using AI and automation tools to help spot day-to-day issues, reduce manual effort, and support senior team members in developing solutions that improve how revenue systems and processes work together.
  • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and report reliability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with Sales, Marketing, IT, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business needs. 

 Supervisory Responsibilities 

  • None. 

Travel 

  • Travel requirement: Occasional travel (including international travel) may be required to support program.

Total compensation is based on experience, skills, and location using objective, job-related criteria. Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply.

Gross annual base salary

$21.15 - $27.64 USD
