Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them build meaningful skills, gain independence, and celebrate their progress.

We welcome both experienced RBTs and individuals with a strong background working with children who are interested in growing their career in ABA.

Your Role

• Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment programs under the direction of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and everyday living skills.
• Record session data and document client progress accurately.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate regularly with the BCBA and care team.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• RBT certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
