IT Lead

The Role
As an IT Lead at Oshi Health, you will focus on SaaS infrastructure, building automation to integrate systems, stabilizing access management, creating tools for IT, and managing the employee IT lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to enhance application security, optimize workflows, and contribute to a self-service environment. This role involves supporting application systems, managing vendors, ensuring smooth implementations of new technologies, and providing help desk support. You will also play a key role in improving processes and customer support through comprehensive documentation and training.
What you’ll do:
- Be the primary point of contact for all IT related support issues
- Develop scripts (Python, Bash/zsh, PowerShell) to optimize IT workflows and contribute to a self-service environment.
- Configure policies, manage groups, and support Okta for enhanced identity management.
- Create and maintain automation using Okta workflows
- Support application systems as a technical resource, ensuring effective vendor management and technical support for third-party applications.
- Be involved in project work to upgrade or replace current applications and ensure smooth implementation.
- Consistently create and build up documentation to improve processes and customer support.
- Standardize hardware across the organization and lead organization-wide upgrades.
- Deliver white glove service to C-Level staff.
- Manage and distribute all tickets and ensure SLA requirements are met.
- Perform weekly inventory audits and asset audits.
- Manage, configure and test Jamf and InTune Zero Touch configurations
- Configure mobile conditions within Okta and Google Workspace to ensure security policies are met.
- Provide technical support via Slack, ticket or phone
- Create standard process and procedures for onboarding and offboarding.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of Corporate IT experience, with 5+ years in Senior or Lead IT role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Expert in application and software management such as Okta, Office 365, Google Wordspace, Jamf, Intune, 1Password, Zoom, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), GitHub, and Slack.
- Proficient in Analytical Skills, API integration, Asset management, Automation & Scripting, AWS, Communication, Customer Service, Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Operations, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Okta Workflows, Scripting (Python, Bash, zsh, PowerShell), Troubleshooting MacOS and Windows.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess a curious learning mindset, enjoying finding different technologies to increase IT effectiveness and compliance.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent studies in Computer Science.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Google IT Automation with Python Specialization
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (preferred)
- Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate (preferred)
- Okta Certified Professional
- Atlassian: Certified Cloud Organization Admin

Compensation Range
$125,000 - $135,000 USD
