We're looking for a Senior Manager, Workplace Applications & Automation to lead the charge in creating an exceptional employee experience at Oura. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our SaaSOps lifecycle, productivity platforms, and access automation strategy, ensuring our collaboration and SaaS platforms are secure, integrated, and delivering measurable value. This leadership position is crucial for enabling a seamless and effective employee technology experience, ultimately empowering our team members to do their best work through strategic vendor partnerships and continuous operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Own and manage the full lifecycle governance of ŌURA’s SaaS platforms and collaboration tools, from intake and onboarding to deprecation, ensuring each aligns with the company’s identity architecture and role-based access standards.
- Lead vendor engagement, owning the relationship with Workplace Technology SaaS vendors, ensuring applications are budgeted for change and renewals are timely. Support and contribute to ongoing governance for SaaS and collaboration tools.
- Support Enterprise Architecture as they work to maximize the value and impact of existing SaaS platforms by roadmapping their full capabilities to drive efficiency, automation, and cross-functional value across the broader ŌURA business.
- Participate in platform reviews focused on usage, automation, compliance, and access alignment for the Workplace Team
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team through coaching and performance development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Security to support provisioning, access alignment, and compliance reviews in coordination with IT Platform Engineering.
- Partner with IT Platform Engineering to support automation governance, contributing to workflow design and integrations within SaaS and collaboration platforms when needed (e.g., Okta Workflows, Lumos, ITSM workflows).
- Maintain app ownership in and contribute to the support of LeanIX Application Portfolio Management (APM), including application lifecycle, footprint, and accuracy of data.
- Support the evolution of IT service management processes, supporting automation and integration initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as automation coverage, provisioning time, access compliance, and license reclaim rates.
This remote U.S. position. Prioritizing candidates located in the New York Tri-State area or the U.S. East Coast timezone.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- 6+ years in SaaS operations/management, or IT product management roles.
- 2+ years leading people or cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience leading the implementation and operational ownership of SaaSOps and SaaS Management platforms.
- Demonstrated success maximizing the value and impact of SaaS and collaboration platforms, leveraging their full capabilities to drive automation, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience in IT vendor management, including ownership of contracts, renewals, budgeting, and ongoing governance to ensure performance, cost optimization, and strategic alignment.
- Proven success in driving adoption and unlocking the full ROI of Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Okta, Miro and Atlassian platforms to enhance collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
- Expertise in SaaS lifecycle management, including tool intake, vendor governance, and implementation of best practices.
- Familiarity with automation and integration tools such as Workato and Okta Workflows in audit-ready environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.).
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Comfort operating in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

- Region 2 $138,000 - $172,000
- Region 3 $128,000 - $160,000
