Senior Enterprise Program Trainer
Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.
Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.
Member Experience (MX) supports direct members, retailers/distributors, and enterprise customers (commercial and healthcare) across channels and regions, partnering closely with Enterprise Support and Commercial Sales & Partnerships as we scale retail and enterprise programs globally. In this role you will lead enablement strategy and delivery for retail/distributor and enterprise audiences, ensuring global consistency, measurable proficiency lift, and readiness for launches. Operate independently to define methods, install measurement systems, coordinate interdependent programs, and mentor other facilitators/trainers (internal and partner) to raise delivery quality at scale.
Travel: Up to ~25–40% depending on launch cycles and partner events (global).
What you will do:
- Deliver live, webinar, and virtual enablement aligned to retailer/partner launch plans, coordinating localization readiness and calendars.
- Coordinate with agency vendor trainers and ensure readiness to deliver Enterprise training to retail and healthcare partners. Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) and trainer certification; host recurring trainer forums/syncs to share best practices and roadmap updates.
- Curate and maintain a Retail & Enterprise Enablement Playbook/Toolkit (talk tracks, demo flows, SOPs, quick guides); ensure alignment with Help Center, internal KB, and LMS via cross‑functional partners.
- Teach program‑specific workflows and SLAs (e.g., help‑desk‑to‑help‑desk, routing/identification, program nuance) in close partnership with Enterprise Support operations and reporting requirements.
- Support product/feature/program launches with just‑in‑time enablement and trainer readiness communications.
- Coordinate with internal content teams and/or agency vendors for content development, localization, and updates; provide facilitation requirements, feedback, and quality checks.
- Track enablement outcomes (attendance, certification, knowledge checks, feedback) and share insights with Enterprise Support, Retail PMO, RevOps/Sales, Product, and Content to drive continuous improvement.
We would love to consider you for this role if you have:
- 8+ years of related experience in partner/retail, B2B enablement, or corporate training at scale.
- Demonstrated success delivering TTT and trainer certification for global stakeholders; excellent live facilitation and virtual classroom skills across time zones and audiences (retail, distributor, enterprise).
- Experience operating with instructional designers and/or agency vendors; able to set delivery plans, readiness gates, and quality criteria without directly authoring e‑learning packages.
- Evidence of KPI‑driven enablement: translating operational requirements and signals (SOPs, workflows, SLAs, QA) into practical delivery with measurable outcomes and continuous improvement cycles.
Nice to Have
- Enablement experience for healthcare or regulated programs, with awareness of privacy, routing, and SLA nuances across channels and personas.
- International localization experience and familiarity with retail field execution and merchandising rhythms.
