The Team
The Pantheon HR team is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the team in New York (Hybrid) to support in the execution of Human Resource Administration and Operations as well as contribute to the global HR team in various programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes (for example, background checks, orientation, offer packages, exit interviews, exit paperwork, etc.).
- Maintain and audit HRIS systems and databases and ensure records are accurate.
- Create, organize and maintain employee files and records.
- Manage the US payroll change process; work closely with the internal payroll coordinator to facilitate changes and updates to payroll for Americas staff.
- Supporting benefit administration, including managing vendor relationships, communication, enrollment, and status changes.
- Respond to employee queries and escalate as appropriate.
- Compile data to concisely prepare and analyse reports with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support cross-functional projects with Recruiting, Learning & Development and Compensation teams.
- Assist with both HR and companywide projects and initiatives.
- Create and maintain standard operation procedures and process workflows.
- General support in all day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, tracking of invoices, etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct).
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree required, HR advanced degree desired but not required
- 2 – 3 years of experience
- Ability to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Solution oriented; able to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude and presence
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Expected base salary range: $90,000 - $100,000
Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications.
In addition to the above salary, Pantheon offers a generous employee benefits package and successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus
