As part of our Database and IR support team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have seamless access to crucial investment documents. This role would suit a candidate with experience in client facing document management systems, first line support, analysis using large sets of data and excellent technical skills.
Your Impact
- Own the Investor Portal (Investor Information Database) by daily management and maintenance of user access and ensuring accurate and timely document uploads.
- Support the client onboarding process by ensuring fund, client and user access is accurately set up on a timely basis for a smooth client experience.
- Ensure data integrity by organising client and fund set ups cleansing and organizing documents for a smooth client experience.
- Support the investment process by timely management of the capital activity process.
- Enhance client experience by providing first-class support using a ticketing management system, resolving queries, and assisting with logins, new user setups, and document access.
- Collaborate across teams, working closely with Tax, Finance, Client Reporting, Investor Relations, and Marketing to streamline document processes.
- Drive improvements by supporting ongoing system upgrades, functionality enhancements, and process efficiencies.
Your Experience
- Experience with document management and client-facing systems (first line support).
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate advanced to expert) required.
- Experience in Power BI or similar analytical tools (highly desired)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a service-driven mindset.
- A proactive, problem-solving, and can-do attitude.
- Financial services exposure (desired).
