Purpose of the Position
The Administrator in Bogota has the main purpose of supporting the overall operation of the office and the team, centralize pantheon communications in Spanish and lead Pantheon’s system updates for all LatAm activities.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operation:
-
- Following all regulatory changes, updates, news and market information relevant to the functioning of the Bogota office
- Leading communications with external lawyers, external administrator (accounting and payroll) and other third-party providers
- Tracking GP reports and investment communications
- Processing team expenses and booking travels
- Coordinating the office’s budget
- Printing and binding pitch books and marketing materials
- Buying and maintaining all supplies needed in the office
Investor Relations:

- Supporting the IR team with client requests, investor portal requests, AML checks for new investors and closing processes
- Logging meetings, investment opportunities and fundraising opportunities in Pantheon’s CRM
- Preparing and updating background information for each prospect/client in LatAm
- Coordinating the team’s agenda (including video conferences, in-person meetings and fundraising and investment calls
- Translating marketing materials, pitchbook and general communications to LatAm clients, prospects, and counterparties
- Updating and consolidating distribution lists and contact information for all LatAm prospects, clients, and GPs
Marketing:

- Consolidating content for monthly LatAm dotmailers in Spanish
- Leading all logistics for internal and external industry events, including creating invites, preparing materials, booking event spaces, among others
- Working hand to hand with Pantheon’s marketing team to create publications, content, and materials with LatAm updates
- Supporting WAI’s advisory board and working committees
Knowledge & Experience Required
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and strong relationship building skills.
- PC literacy, in particular detailed working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- No specific requirement on bachelor’s degree
