Purpose of the Position
The HR Administrator will support the Pantheon HR Team in the UK with the execution of operational services across the HR Team. The HR Administrator will be an exceptional coordinator who has the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute HR processes and procedures related to the employee lifecycle including but not limited to; employee onboarding, offboarding, probation, inductions, and contractual changes.
- Maintain and update the relevant HR databases and ensure records are up to date and accurate.
- Create, organise, and maintain accurate employee files and records.
- Supporting benefit administration, including communication, enrolment, and status changes.
- Monitor the HR inbox and respond to employee queries, escalating to other team members as appropriate.
- Pull together reports from the HRIS with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with both HR and companywide projects and initiatives.
- General support in day-to-day admin tasks of the HR Team such as scheduling and invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct).
- Support monthly payroll.
- Support with L&D processes such as scheduling courses, tracking attendance and other ad-hoc items.
