Job Title: Product and Growth Marketing Manager, PhonePe Insurance.
Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic product and growth marketing manager to lead our efforts to scale PhonePe's Insurance business. In this role, you will own customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-selling for two of PhonePe Insurance's biggest Insurance Categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development
- Develop & Implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement & retention from organic and paid channels.
- Define Key KPIs to assess the performance of marketing and growth campaigns and set up a tracking process with the help of the analytics, ops, and tech teams.
- Define long-term growth vision for the insurance categories.
- Develop engagement features with the help of the product team.
- Campaign Execution & Regular Optimisation.
- Own the execution and improvement of Channel Marketing across PNs, Banner, WhatsApp & Email working with central PhonePe teams.
- Own the Analysis of multichannel campaigns, bringing insights from campaign performance and providing direction to the marketing campaigns through a data-driven approach.
- Coach the marketing operations & Interns to execute campaigns with dedicated TAT commitments by setting up robust processes.
- Collaborate with Content & Design teams to continuously improve the creative performance of campaigns.
- GTM for new product launches, Sale days & other unique value propositions.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Project Manage the launches while ensuring effective collaboration across six different teams.
- Define the product positioning & ensure consistency in communication across channels and teams.
- Customer Segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Own the identification, profiling, and segmentation of 500+ Million PhonePe user base into niche cohorts.
- Work with data science, product & analytics team to continuously fine tune the ‘targeting models’.
- Collaborate with Brand, Customer Success and other teams to build in-dept understanding of users through surveys, interviews & 1:1 conversations.

- 3 to 7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or growth product roles.

- Understanding of Channel Marketing & Paid Marketing.
- A mindset to keep the user first, Utilise tech, and think long term.
Good to Have
- Graduate or Post Graduation from Tier 1 institutes.
- Proven Track Record in Product Marketing or Growth Roles.
- Past Experience in B2C Digital Companies or Start-ups
