Travel & Transit on PhonePe App
To provide top-notch experience to users for their travel needs, we have partnered with
leading OTA players in the industry for listing their services exclusively on the PhonePe app.
The aim is to make the PhonePe app an end-to-end travel destination for users and be the
preferred destination for their daily commute needs as well.
Associate Manager, Travel & Transit categories (On-deck), PhonePe - Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for user acquisition, Partner growth, Category deepening, funnel
analysis and product improvement
2. Drive key campaigns, communicate and analyze the impact of the same.
3. Should be able to understand the depth of customer journeys, experience
optimization and app nudges.
4. Be accountable for all business metrics of the category along with all key inputs
which would drive the business.
5. Be responsible for growth and development initiatives across partners and for
drawing out the consumer adoption plan and work with various stakeholders to
operationalize the plans.
6. Work closely with Marketing/ CRM teams to drive relevant customers in the category
and chart out the monthly asks for the category.
7. Run multiple experiments that can drive growth and analyse the impact.
8. Have a strong product/solution orientation and ability to work with internal Product,
Analytics and Engineering teams to accomplish this objective.
9. Visibility on blockers across functions and coordinating with stakeholders both inside
PhonePe and on the partner (client) side.
10. Working closely with partners and keeping track of their conversion numbers;
suggesting them best practices to maintain hygiene and increase the conversion in
the funnel.
11. Should be on strong on execution side and should have the mindset of learn fast, fail
fast.
12. Work with the Business Finance team and different functional teams for monthly/
annual planning.
13. Develop a holistic understanding of the overall travel & transit landscape in the
country/developments/opportunities.
14. P&L Management:
1. Responsible for category top-line and revenues
2. Annual & Monthly go-lives and planning

This is the role for you!
Eligibility
• MBA/B.Tech from Tier-1/2 institution with a minimum 3-4 years of overall experience,
1-2 years of relevant travel/transit and industry experience
A significant part of this experience should be in the partnership management or
Sales/Business Development domains
Prior experience in travel/transit space would be preferred
