About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GTM Manager for the PG SME Team. This role is pivotal in driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with sales, onboarding, marketing, and product solutions teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, program management skills and a proven track record in managing complex GTM processes to achieve business goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and refine comprehensive GTM plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, onboarding) to define market positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform GTM strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between GTM teams and onboarding, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Partner with onboarding teams to ensure customer-centric strategies for seamless implementation and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design impactful campaigns and promotional activities that drive engagement and awareness.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide feedback on market needs, prioritize features, and shape product roadmaps.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of GTM initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize GTM processes.
  • Lead post-launch analysis to assess outcomes and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on GTM performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in business strategy, business management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in sales, pre-sales of large sales teams
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes, market analysis, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like CRM systems, BI platforms, and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience in payments or large sales operations.
  • Knowledge of product marketing and customer onboarding strategies, with experience around performance marketing.
  • Expertise in scaling GTM operations across multiple markets or verticals.
