What You’ll Do

  • Translate the Americas regional plan into clear priorities, territory actions, and measurable team outcomes.
  • Lead the team to quota attainment through strong pipeline creation, opportunity inspection, forecast discipline, and deal execution.
  • Coach, onboard, and develop sales talent through regular 1:1s, clear performance expectations, and practical field leadership.
  • Support complex pursuits by shaping deal strategy, removing obstacles, and ensuring clean handoffs to delivery and customer success.
  • Partner with product and marketing to activate campaigns, sharpen market messaging, and accelerate cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain operating discipline across CRM hygiene, data quality, territory planning, expense management, and sales cadence.
  • Use market insight and client feedback to improve how the team sells, serves, and wins.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, market infrastructure, trading technology, or a related B2B enterprise sales environment
  • 5+ years leading sales or account management teams with a track record of quota attainment and revenue growth
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, senior client relationships, and multi-stakeholder opportunities
  • Strong command of CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and sales operating cadence
  • Proven ability to coach, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
  • Executive presence, commercial judgment, communication skills, and cross-functional influence

Working Arrangements 

This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certification. 

New York Pay range

$230,000 - $250,000 USD
