
Global Support Engineer Intern

Role Overview
Responsibilities

Develop a deep technical understanding of our database product and its operational mechanisms.

Work alongside global support engineers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-facing tickets.

Help manage and prioritize incoming support requests from our global customers.

Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.

Collaborate with other engineering teams to address product bugs and improvements.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Have basic understanding of Operating System, Networking, Database, Cloud Technology.

A strong desire to learn about database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc).

Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative spirit.

Proactive attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
