Who You Will Be Working With

As PMG's video investment footprint continues to expand across Linear TV, Streaming, CTV, Digital Video, Social Video, Premium Content Partnerships, Live Sports, the need for centralized video leadership and management has never been greater.

The Senior Video Lead will play a critical role in advancing PMG's One Video strategy, creating greater alignment across teams, strengthening marketplace relationships, and ensuring PMG presents a unified and strategic voice across the evolving video ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of marketplace strategy, video investment, client planning, and organizational collaboration. Working closely with PMG's Investment Leaders, Strategy, Analytics, and Client Leadership teams, the Senior Video Lead will help shape how PMG strategically plans, invests, negotiates, and activates across the video ecosystem, ultimately ensuring investments are approached holistically rather than through isolated channel decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning , investment strategy, and execution of high-impact video and audio campaigns across linear TV, connected TV (CTV), streaming video, audio, podcasting, and emerging media channels.
  • Develop sophisticated cross-platform media strategies that maximize reach, efficiency, performance, and business outcomes while leveraging PMG's technology and data capabilities.
  • Develop strategies for optimizing across Linear TV, Streaming, CTV, Digital Video, Social Video, Premium Content Partnerships, Live Sports.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including media, creative, and analytics.
  • Leverage audience, viewership, marketplace, and performance data to inform investment decisions, optimize media allocations, and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
  • Evaluate marketing performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Manage external partnerships with media vendors and negotiate negotiate innovative partnerships, premium inventory opportunities, value-added integrations, and favorable commercial outcomes.
  • Lead investment stewardship throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring excellence in execution, delivery, optimization, reconciliation, and performance accountability.
  • Partner with Analytics and Measurement teams to advance cross-platform attribution and measurement frameworks that connect media investments to business results.
  • Contribute to forecasting and budget planning for media campaigns.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in video advertising, including advanced audience solutions, addressable media, programmatic TV, streaming innovation, and evolving consumer behaviors.
  • Deliver regular updates and actionable insights internally and externally to clients, showcasing campaign results and offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and keep a pulse on marketplace shifts; surface opportunistic deals/value-adds
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the evolving video and audio landscape, sharing insights and thought leadership across clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their growth of One Video and within the Media and Marketing landscape.
  • Responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader campaign objectives and business priorities

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Video, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategy, planning, and analysis, ensuring data-driven media execution and optimization.
  • Proficiency in marketing metrics, using insights to refine video campaigns.
  • Experience in media planning & buying, ensuring effective execution across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Current experience with planning tools like YouGov, MRI, MediaOcean, Nielsen, and Mintel
  • Familiarity with video platforms, optimizing multi-channel advertising strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital and traditional ad platforms, including Innovid and iSpot, to track and optimize media performance.
