About the Team
The in-house Brand team creates compelling, high-performing materials that elevate our brand and drive measurable business growth. From evolving our visual identity to crafting immersive product demos and marketing campaigns, we blend storytelling, strategy, and design to shape how local businesses across the country acquire and convert customers using AI.
While the Brand team sits within Marketing, we work closely with the Product Design team—especially on experiences that communicate the power of our AI-powered product. It’s a collaborative, hybrid space, perfect for a designer who’s inquisitive, enjoys experimenting, and thrives on delivering real customer and business impact.
We foster a culture of ownership—where curiosity, speed, and creative problem solving are key. Designers on this team move quickly, welcome feedback, and think holistically about design, brand advocacy, business outcomes, and customer resonance.
This role is based onsite at our headquarters in Lehi, Utah, where working in person Monday through Friday enhances our ability to collaborate deeply, iterate rapidly, and bring our best ideas to life.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer, Brand & Marketing who’s excited to shape a world-class brand and drive creative strategy across campaigns, product marketing, and content. We’re building a highly collaborative, in-house creative team that works as a strategic partner with marketing, product, and sales to move the business forward.
You’ll own high-impact projects across digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, event collateral, social, motion, brand illustration, and more. You’ll bring ideas to the table early, collaborate with stakeholders to develop concepts that deliver results, and champion design craft at every stage.
If you're passionate about making brands unforgettable—and you're ready to flex both strategy and execution—this is your role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead creative execution for marketing campaigns, lifecycle assets, landing pages, ebooks, social content, event branding, and swag.
- Own projects from concept through delivery—collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to create work that delivers results, not just looks good.
- Partner with creative directors and fellow designers to evolve and extend our brand system across multiple touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to surprise, differentiate, and elevate the brand across all channels.
- Contribute to design systems that support both marketing and product use cases.
- Integrate motion design into your work—whether collaborating with motion designers or using After Effects yourself.
- Seek and apply feedback from peers, executives, and customers to continuously improve creative quality.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without sacrificing creativity or craft.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, taste, and strategic thinking across brand, digital, and motion work.
- 4–6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably at a tech company, in-house brand team, or design-led agency.
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects).
- Experience or exposure to motion design (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and current design trends in tech/marketing.
- A proactive and curious mindset—especially when it comes to adopting tools like AI to enhance creative processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
- A self-directed, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
