The Opportunity 

The FP&A Business Partner performs complex analysis within a rapidly changing business environment, heavily supports forecasting & budgeting activities, and plays an integral role in providing significant insights on the company’s overall financial performance and data analyses to drive business decisions.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive the monthly and quarterly financials and metrics presentations to company business leaders, and understand drivers of variances compared to target  
  • Drive the annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting process through collecting business inputs, analyzing historical performance, updating inputs in forecasting software and performing detailed analysis of resulting outputs. 
  • Execute and innovate the process of consolidating data and preparing the presentation materials for forecasts and the annual budget  
  • Work closely with the Finance leadership team to build the financial infrastructure to support the company’s current and future business requirements  
  • Identify, create, and drive process optimizations by developing dynamic and automated reports, dashboards, and financial models to scale across the business  
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations related to company performance and analyses around major financial drivers  
  • Deliver timely and insightful financial performance and metrics analysis on an ongoing basis  
  • Act as Finance team stakeholder in various operational improvement projects  

Candidate Expertise Required 

  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Forecasting software (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) 
  • Nice to have: PowerBI, PowerQuery & PowerAutomate, T-SQL 
  • 10-12 years experience in data analysis, budgeting and forecasting 
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex model building 
  • Accounting knowledge sufficient to effectively model and interrogate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet and cashflow) 
  • Experience in development, design and management of operational dashboards and self-service reports 
  • Ability to efficiently navigate, query and synthesize data across multiple complex relational databases, 
  • Ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights, 
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, 
  • Excellent communication, prioritization and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to lead projects and drive progress forward in ambiguous environments  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for accurate, high-quality work

Compensation: : 100,000-120,000 plus variable, benefits, and additional perks!
