The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join Postman’s Cloud Platform team. In this role, you’ll partner with engineering and product leaders to drive the successful execution of complex initiatives that power Postman’s platform. You will own program management across multiple squads, facilitate development rituals, and ensure transparent communication and documentation of project status across the organization.
We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can help define and improve our processes, and is capable of designing and executing plans for complex, cross-functional projects. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in scaling our cloud platform operations and increasing overall organizational productivity.
What You’ll Do

Drive end-to-end project management for complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Cloud Platform team.

Facilitate standard development rituals, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups, ensuring alignment and efficiency.

Create and maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and communications for stakeholders at all levels.

Act as scrum master for assigned squads, fostering agile practices and continuous improvement.

Partner with engineering leadership, product management, and other TPMs to define, implement, and evolve consistent processes and tools across teams.

Anticipate risks and proactively remove obstacles to keep initiatives on track.

Contribute to building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results across the Cloud Platform team.
About You
-
Experience: At least 5 years of technical program management experience, with a proven record of leading complex technical projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, information technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.

Passionate about creating and sustaining a collaborative team environment.

Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of helping define and refine processes.

Mission-oriented, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details

Location: Based in the Bay Area. Hybrid schedule with at least two days a week in the office.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, offsites, or cross-site collaboration.
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $185,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
