Facilities Mechanic

Join us in developing pioneering therapies that aim to transform the treatment of CKD and change patients’ lives. Our technology is designed to treat diseased kidneys using a patient’s own cells and may prevent or delay dialysis or transplant.

• Conduct maintenance work in accordance with site Standard Operating Procedures. 

• Maintain facility equipment and utilities. 

• Document maintenance activities using site Work Order process / equipment specific logbooks. 

• Diagnoses problems with equipment and makes necessary repairs. 

• Completes assign PM tasks listed in Master PM Schedule. 

• Maintain utilities environmental equipment that supports Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D and Office area. 

• Utilize PPE, follows Lockout Tagout procedures, OSHA standards, NEC, NFPA, etc. when performing required maintenance.  

• Provide oversight and supervision of outside contractors. 

• Follow cGMP procedures established by the site e.g. Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, etc. 
• Write equipment procedures / forms as needed. 
  • Maintains Work Orders / Documentation in Equipment History Files. 
  • Write Purchase Orders in PO System as needed. 
  • Provide on-call services when scheduled. 
  • Maintain gowning qualified for work within Manufacturing Clean Rooms.
