HR Operations & Shared Services Team at Pure

As a Senior Specialist on the Extended Workforce team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and execution of our extended workforce strategy. This is a fantastic chance for someone early in their career to learn, contribute, and make a real impact within a global organization. As part of the larger HR team, you’ll have the opportunity to manage and optimize the processes around a global extended workforce (~1,900 workers), with a focus on compliance, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Extended Worker Management:
    You’ll play a pivotal role in onboarding, offboarding, and extending worker engagements for a diverse, international team. You’ll coordinate the full lifecycle of these processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution. Every day will bring fresh opportunities to learn and grow your skills!
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    In this critical role, you'll help ensure that all extended worker engagements comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including worker classification and contract terms. You’ll have the chance to learn about the intricacies of legal compliance in a global setting—something that will be incredibly valuable as you progress in your career.
  • Process Improvement:
    There’s always room for better, faster, and smarter ways to do things, and you’ll be encouraged to identify those opportunities. You’ll contribute to optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing both the worker experience and internal processes. This is where your creativity and problem-solving skills will shine as you actively improve the way we work!
  • Issue Resolution:
    As the go-to person for addressing concerns, you’ll build critical communication and problem-solving skills by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Whether it's working with workers, vendors, or internal teams, you’ll gain the satisfaction of finding solutions and helping people get back on track.

What you bring to the table:  

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in extended workforce management, human resources, or a related field. Preferred direct experience in onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes for a workforce. 
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of extended workforce landscape
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Possess the maturity to work with & manage confidential information. Experience with Workday (or other HR Information System) & ServiceNow (or other enterprise ticketing system). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent work experience

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $58,000 – $87,000.  

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
