Our Senior Manager, HR Technology will lead our HR, Payroll, and Legal technology stack, oversee HR IT service delivery processes, and lead the portfolio of technology initiatives. This role involves strategic thinking, a focus on driving action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should excel at managing multiple priorities, communicating effectively with all levels within the organization, and providing immediate value.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Collaborate with the COEs (Compensation, Benefits, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence, Legal) to gather requirements, develop technical designs, and lead the execution of strategic projects.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of platform and business-led technology products, balancing resource allocation with business impact to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at developing and deploying transformative technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Lead the Technology team, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of initiatives by establishing and monitoring SLAs with internal and external partners.
- Evaluate and optimize the HR tech stack to enhance experiences for candidates, employees, and partners. Identify pain points and drive the implementation of process improvements to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of system enhancements, including user acceptance testing, training, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support system configurations and updates within HR technologies, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and reviews, while supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and SOX audits.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to co-create and implement technology solutions that address business needs and drive operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding processes, privacy and security reviews, and ongoing audits to ensure vendor compliance and alignment with company standards.
- Supervise and mentor the HR Technology team, fostering professional growth and managing performance to achieve team objectives.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team across Pure to provide core data sources that generate actionable insights and contribute to Quarterly Operational Reviews, driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 8+ years of relevant techno-functional experience with HR, Payroll and Legal systems and/or similar technologies. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in the Workday ecosystem, with a deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and data flow.
- Experienced with Agile practices and proficiency in tools like Jira, Google Workspace, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, Boomi, Tableau, Studio, SaaS application architecture
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong product/portfolio management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Customer-service orientation with a high degree of professionalism.
- Drives efficiency with maximum impact to find, grow, and retain talent.
- Lead high-impact, business critical projects.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $176,000 - $265,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
