SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
This position will report to the HQ Sales Operations Systems Director and will provide support in executing key Company initiatives as it relates to Salesforce and the WW Sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved within Salesforce, Clari, and integrated applications
- Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures
- Translate complex business requirements into streamlined process design and technical Salesforce implementation
- Assist with implementing process, organization, testing, training and maintenance strategy
- Own and manage run-the-business Salesforce enhancements, as well as large change-the-business projects
- Represent the interests of Pure business groups (e.g., Finance, Renewals, Sales Management, Sales Ops, Legal, etc.) in supporting their businesses across sales applications (primarily SFDC along with other integrated applications)
- Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure that design, development, and testing are completed successfully for project implementation
- NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. Skills you may have in this area are valuable, but development efforts will be performed by our IT team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce architecture. Deep understanding and experience around Sales Cloud data model (Opportunities, Accounts, etc.), core SFDC principles (profile, roles, sharing rules, validation rules, reports & dashboards, etc.), Salesforce CPQ, and Lightning UX
- SFDC Admin Certification
- Certification in Lean Six-Sigma, Pure Excellence’s Methodology, is preferred. This entails the ability to identify and eliminate waste; to improve flow; and to leverage the DMAIC problem solving approach
- Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) preferred
- Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constant evolving business environment
- Demonstrated experience and history of driving projects from start to finish

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, California office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $163,000 – $246,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
