IT Functional Analyst (SAP), Procure to Pay Systems

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst with proven expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P solutions (IC4) to join our dynamic IT team. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP P2P solutions to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules and good integration knowledge of Customer Service , Service Management and a track record of successful SAP implementations.
Ariba, sourcing, e-invoicing, Supply risk management and strong analytical skills would also be beneficial
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP Financials solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to ensure successful project outcomes. Will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within SAP and ensure that SAP P2P solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Be able to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SAP P2P solutions.
- Serialized Inventory, High Tech or Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP MM, WM and SD modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Supply chain systems.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP solutions, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP Supply chain systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP P2P solutions. Extensive experience with SAP MM, WM and SD modules, including new implementations.
- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
We are a primarily in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work in the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
