Pure Storage, a leader in data solutions, is seeking an Engineering Manager like you to drive impactful features within our Digital Experience BU. In this role, you will focus on our cloud product ecosystem, including Pure1 (product monitoring and subscription management), Pure IAM, Pure Support Center, partner support & reseller tools, and other applications.

As an Engineering Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of significant product feature sets, maintaining exceptional standards in security, quality, and reliability. This is a key leadership position where you will be central to roadmap execution and product innovation. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, TPMs, and technical leads to ensure alignment, accelerate development, and achieve world-class delivery, all with significant autonomy.

• Lead and grow a high-impact engineering team focused on features driven by real customer demand and aligned with strategic business priorities.

• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Design, Customer Success, and Security to drive initiatives spanning multiple teams and orgs.
• Take full ownership over program delivery, execution excellence, and team health—including mentoring, hiring, and setting the bar for quality.
• Influence technical strategy, promote best practices, and help evolve engineering culture across Pure’s collaborative global environment.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING…

• 3+ years of hands-on engineering management experience, leading technical teams shipping products/features
• 5+ years of software development experience—preferably with a mix of back-end and cloud services; front-end experience a plus
• A strong track record of building, leading, and retaining talented teams
• Experience with IAM, security, CX, or FinOps is a plus
• Demonstrated success in shipping products and managing them through the entire SDLC, incorporating customer feedback, and delivering outcomes
• Ability to juggle priorities across multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines
• Skill in leading cross-functional collaboration and aligning teams toward shared goals
• Deep focus on customer needs, security, and engineering excellence
• Clear communicator—able to influence, align, and adapt under pressure
• Bonus: Familiarity with global R&D environments and appreciation of local team cultures

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
