The Employee Experience & Communications team owns a wide scope of responsibilities, as the name suggests. On our team, no two days are the same. We’re communication strategists, change management experts, creative problem-solvers, engagement drivers, employee experience advocates, brand ambassadors - and much more. We help drive connection, alignment and purpose among our global workforce. Together, we deliver compelling and engaging employee communications using a blend of strategy, messaging, and artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a “left brain” kind of communication role!
- Project Management -- Are you extremely organized? Have attention to detail? Never met a spreadsheet or project plan you didn’t love? This role will involve occasionally leading and ensuring the timely execution of internal communication campaigns, collaborating across functions. You’ll also help us manage our comms requests and comms calendar.
- Employee Survey Support – Do you enjoy analysis? Year-over-year comparisons? You’ll be helping us carry out our annual employee survey and pulling together our results deck.
- Channel Management – Do you have a penchant for technology? Like to geek out on communication tools? You’ll be responsible for managing several of them, including overseeing admin access to our internal email tool and building out our employee survey.
- Comms Resource Center Construction - Do you like to build things? And help out your fellow colleagues? Help us create a communications resource center – an internal site replete with templates and examples to help others communicate with ease.
- Operational Excellence -- Do you know your way around email open rates? Clickthroughs? Impressions? You’ll monitor the effectiveness of our internal communications through metrics, and suggest improvements based on your assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of experience in project management or internal communications, with a focus on initiative launches, project management or program management.
- Strong relationship-builder with proven competence in executing projects alongside cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter that has bias for action – both at an individual and cross-functional level.
- Organizational skills to independently manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic and creative thinker capable of quickly solving problems.
- High bar for operational excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate strategy and rationale.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $79,000-$119,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
