Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
Job Role - The Program Manager will oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across multiple teams or departments. You will be responsible for aligning project goals with business objectives, managing timelines, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Program Strategy and Planning:
- Define and lead the program strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Identify program risks and opportunities, and proactively manage mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate multiple project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external vendors.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for program status updates, risks, and issues.
- Provide regular program updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Track and manage program budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Ensure resource allocation and capacity planning are done effectively to meet program goals.
- Monitor financial health of the program, identifying cost-saving opportunities where applicable.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

3+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Proven ability to drive programs from concept to completion in fast-paced environments.

Strong project management skills with experience using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
