Associate Manager - Sales Strategy
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
This role will be responsible for supporting ad-network campaigns by managing operational workflows, campaign performance tracking, and cross-team coordination. The role involves working closely with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Business teams to optimize campaigns, streamline invoicing, and ensure smooth execution of advertising initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Support:
- Collaborate with Analytics to extract and format business data for decision-making.
- Assist in campaign go-live processes, including legal agreement follow-ups, merchant onboarding, and offer ID creation.
- Oversee the end-to-end go-live process for merchant promotions.
Funnel Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and share campaign performance reports (MIS, funnel efficiency, experiment results).
- Generate and distribute transaction reports for TPAPs in collaboration with the analytics team.
- Refresh the merchant database quarterly to ensure accurate targeting.
Invoicing & Finance Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including data preparation, approvals, and follow-ups with Finance & clients.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Administrative & Compliance Tasks:
- Handle customer opt-in/opt-out requests and maintain a tracker for campaign reference.
- Monitor pending leads in Salesforce and alert the business team for follow-ups.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience utilizing BI tools and data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign efficiency with tools like SQL and Tableau.
- Competent on Google sheets/ Excel
- Exposure in campaign optimization, analytics, and strategy development.
- Good grasp of working with data, being able to use BI tools (basic SQL coding, use of Tableau/Querybook preferable), create RCAs if required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, clubbed with a “go-getter” attitude
