Senior Implementation Consultant

Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 

The Role:

You will own the overall relationship with assigned key accounts, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Establish a trusted and strategic advisory relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer onboarding and go-live on the platform: drive implementation charter for the payroll product
  • Understand and configure the customer payroll and compliance needs onto RazorpayX payroll
  • Build strong customer relationships with continuous engagements to ensure the customer is live
  • Provide support to customers over phone, email, chat and other tools
  • Be the conduit between the customer and product team to identify and build new features
  • Run weekly webinars and training sessions for new customers and employees
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional RazorpayX payroll product

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or higher education
  • 4 to 5 years experience in managing and implementing payroll/hr solutions
  • Domain knowledge in HR or Finance is mandatory
  • Understanding of payroll compliances and norms in India is desirable
  • Familiarity with SaaS software implementation and project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer facing tools like Freshdesk, Intercom appreciated
