Associate - Cross Border
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with MQLs passed on by the marketing team through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Qualify and nurture leads to create opportunities and move them through the sales funnel.

Understand customer needs, pain points, and position the company’s products/services effectively.

Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools.

Schedule product demos and coordinate with the pre-sales or technical team as required.

Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead conversions and opportunity creation.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
