Who we are looking for

We are seeking a versatile and driven Digital Marketing leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to create engaging B2B online content. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and running digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This position is integral to the team, driving go-to-market initiatives for Re:Build. You will partner with business development, sales, marketing, RevOps, and technical domain authorities to develop, drive, and implement strategies that build our commercial pipeline growth and progression, moving leads from initial engagement to qualified opportunities. This position requires a highly motivated, “roll-up your sleeves” professional fluent in business-to-business marketing of highly technical products and services. This is a high-visibility role supporting Re:Build Cadonix in meeting annual growth objectives and works with the entire organization. You will have a small team focused on high-impact initiatives This person will be considered our resident expert in conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, paid advertising, SEO, and demand strategy.

What you get to do

  • Strategize, develop, and implement demand generation strategies and digital campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Work closely with the sales, business development, marketing, and member-company general manager teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
  • Use data and analytics and tools such as Google Analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques.
  • Conduct market and customer research to find opportunities and challenges.
  • Own, plan, manage, and optimize spend and forecasts for the annual demand generation budget to influence funnel growth, increase conversions, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Plan and lead campaign strategies that support our key financial (pipeline generation, customer acquisition) and non-financial (brand building) objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and use creative and differentiated ideas to drive high-quality leads into the funnel and position Re:Build in the marketplace as a technical industry leader.
  • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using visual tracking/ dashboards for metrics such as leads, conversions, and pipeline revenue.
  • Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process.
  • Establish standard work for our demand generation processes using automation and Lean practices where appropriate.
  • Establish and implement plans to expand Re:Build customer acquisition via digital channels in key geographic areas and in key market segments.
  • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.
  • Support and implement overall company marketing goals and go-to-market strategy.

  • Proven success in demand-generation programs driving pipeline & revenue
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • HubSpot CRM & automation proficiency
