Preference for onsite work; however, a hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
What you get to do

- Lead RFQ/RFP processes, quote analysis, and supplier negotiations to achieve cost and schedule targets.
- Maintain accurate BOM cost estimates and sourcing documentation to support program reviews and audit readiness.
- Monitor supplier performance, mitigate risks, and support make-vs-buy analysis and capability assessments.
- Partner with engineering during design and manufacturability reviews to ensure supplier readiness and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and innovation within the supplier base.
What you bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier engineering — ideally with exposure to new product introduction (NPI/NPD).
- Experience within aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced electronics manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards like DFARS, ITAR, and AS9100.
- Proficiency in ERP and sourcing tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Infor) and Microsoft Office Suite.
