Sales Operations Product Analyst, Wholesale
Who We Are:
Being naked is the #1 most sustainable option. We're #2.
Since 2009, we've been on a mission to bring sustainable fashion to everyone. Named one of Fast Company’s Brands That Matter and winning a Best Carbon Footprint award, we have big goals like being Climate Positive by 2025, Circular by 2030, and pushing the whole industry forward along the way. Our work has gotten love in Drapers and Sourcing Journal, and TIME wrote about how great our CEO, Hali Borenstein, is. Basically, we're saving the Earth and looking damn good doing it.
We're a global brand with 50+ stores (and counting) around the world, and our own sustainable factory in LA. We innovate across categories like accessories, swimwear, and sleepwear, and we reach millions of people with campaigns like this, this and this.
None of this work is possible without the incredible people behind it. We're a mission-based company that invests in an inclusive culture, so we can innovate together and ensure everyone has the space to grow, thrive, and belong.
And starting right now, we want to do all that with you.
Work Location/ Schedule: Hybrid, x3 days a week in Los Angeles
The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and optimizing our wholesale sales and distribution center operations. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you'll leverage data, analytics, and cross-functional relationships to transform merchandising sales data into actionable operational plans.
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong understanding of wholesale sales operations and exceptional cross-functional and organizational skills. You will work closely with teams across the business, gaining hands-on experience in business analysis, problem-solving, and program development within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of launching and enhancing sales operations related efficiencies.
What You'll Do
- Plan and Forecast: Revise and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets at the division and account levels, translating merchandising sales data into operational plans.
- Order Management: Secure, approve, and manage all purchase orders (xPOs) in our systems (Deposco and NetSuite), whether from EDI or non-EDI sources.
- Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Perform regular price and address checks for accuracy, ensuring all sales orders are approved in a timely manner. You will be a key point of contact for root cause analysis and problem-solving, coordinating with our Merchandising, Operations, and Product Management teams to resolve issues.
- Operational Efficiency: Improve our "dollars fulfilled" performance by identifying and mitigating shortages through collaboration with the Merchandising and Supply Operations teams. You'll also work on expediting production, managing excess inventory, and ensuring our "Actionable" dashboard reflects current operational needs.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on next steps and collaborate with merchants and supply operations to align inventory availability with purchase order start and cancel dates. You will also review dashboards for gaps and inconsistencies with NetSuite data.
What You'll Need
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience with a strong understanding of wholesale operations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets and other analytics tools. Experience with NetSuite/ERP and Deposco is a plus.
- Project Management: Superb project management expertise, including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Who You Are
- A Natural Collaborator: You are a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Detail-Oriented & Strategic: You have a keen eye for detail but can also maintain a strategic perspective. You have the ability to go "high and low," making high-level strategic proposals supported by in-depth analysis and individual work.
- Curious & Driven: You are deeply curious and motivated to make processes and products better. You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
Compensation:
At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $70,000 + $120,000 plus 5% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.

- We care about the causes our employees care about so we donate to community efforts on a yearly basis.
- We offer a clothing discount, culture events (like our annual Ref Values week and Volunteer Time Off), you know, all the meaningful and fun stuff!
