  • Position: SEO Specialist [ Germany / French / Euro Markets ]

Main Requirements

  • Is a plus if proficiency in English or other foreign languages (written preferable) is required to conduct localized keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis in the target markets in United States, Australia or Euro countries ( United Kingdom, Italy, Turkey, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal and so on)
  • Experience managing overseas SEO projects and optimizing websites for Western Markets is highly preferred.
  • Keywords for this post include Content Gap Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Organic Traffic, Ranking Positions, Domain Authority, Conversion Rate
  • Manage SEO-related assets, tools / platforms including Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in creative design, marketing, computer science, advertising, communications, foreign languages, linguistics is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Experience independently managing large websites or cross-border SEO projects is a plus.
  • Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Baidu Webmaster Tools).
  • Possess basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.
  • Familiar with search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute mid-to-long-term holistic SEO strategies encompassing technical SEO, on-page/off-page content optimization, link building, and local search optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research and traffic analysis. Monitor website indexing, rankings, traffic, and conversion data.
  • Regularly produce SEO performance reports and optimization plans.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to address technical SEO issues (e.g., site architecture, page speed, structured data, mobile-friendliness).
  • Guide the content team in SEO-focused content planning to improve target keyword rankings and organic search traffic.
  • Track search engine algorithm updates, analyze competitor SEO strategies, and continuously explore new SEO growth opportunities (e.g., voice search, video SEO).
