About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our legal advice practice as a Paralegal and Sales Representative. This dual role is ideal for someone who is adept at managing CRM systems (Salesforce) and has a passion for sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on our Salesforce system and actively engaging with our customers to answer legal queries, conduct legal casework and to sell our legal services.
Responsibilities

Administration:
- Utilise Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and cases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce.
- Setting up, maintenance and closing of case files.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries over the phone and email, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Review legal enquiries from customers and assign the appropriate response through our technology platform in a timely manner (no more than 1 business day).
- Assist the legal team with case management and administrative tasks.
- Provide timely support and updates to the legal team regarding customer cases and inquiries.
- Monitoring the legal advice practice email account, including responding to or taking appropriate action on incoming mail as required.
- Meeting due diligence and compliance requirements including those relating to KYC and conflict checks and AML regulations.
- Raising invoices and managing billing for clients and lawyers.
- Generate and analyse reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights to support decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and escalate any Salesforce-related issues to senior administrators.
- Attend meetings and taking detailed minutes of decisions made.
Sales:
- Follow up with customers to sell our services and upsell additional features and products.
- Coordinate and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.
General:
- Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations that affect both the Legal sector and our business.
- Proactively identify areas of personal improvement, and work with Head of Legal to strengthen your skills and agree a defined training plan.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Working Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office.
- IT proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fast/Accurate typing skills.
- Excellent grammar.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated, flexible, and with a can-do attitude.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Natural problem solver; and
- Ability to deal with competing priorities and meet deadlines
