As an SMB Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of selling our exclusive Rocket Legal+ Annual paid subscription, turning customers into esteemed Legal Concierge members.
In this role, we're looking for highly professional Inside Sales Representatives. Your mission will be to effectively communicate with small businesses in various sectors, forming lasting connections with potential clients. As an SMB Sales Rep, you'll not only assist customers in setting up their businesses but also provide expert guidance in brand protection and the legal realm.
Responsibilities
- Be the legal concierge for our valued customers, guiding them through the benefits of our exclusive Rocket Legal+ Annual paid subscription that unlocks premium features and discounts not available to non-members.
- Effectively communicate with a positive demeanor, connecting product features to customer value in a consultative and concise manner.
- Thrive in a group sales environment, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and celebrate diversity.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high customer delight and satisfaction in every interaction.

As an Inside Sales Representative at Rocket Lawyer, you should possess the following:
- At least one year of proven sales experience demonstrating a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas or equivalent transferable experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to connect product features to customer value in a concise and consultative manner.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience that results in high customer delight and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as a flexible team player.
- High ethical values and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Annual Salary range: $75,000 (base $37,500 + commission $37,500)
