Vice President of Growth Marketing

We are seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead data-driven, performance-focused media buying and acquisition strategies across all channels. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for optimizing media mix, budget allocation, and campaign performance across mobile, social, programmatic, traditional, and affiliate marketing channels.

The VP of Growth Marketing will oversee a team of media buyers and work closely with Business Intelligence (BI), Product, and Marketing Technology teams to build scalable, measurable, and effective user acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, intellectually curious, and an expert at optimizing large-scale marketing investments.

What You Will Do

Growth Strategy & Performance Optimization

  • Lead and scale media buying efforts across all paid channels, including social, programmatic/DSPs, traditional, affiliates, and search.
  • Develop and execute data-driven media mix models to optimize spend efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee campaign testing, funnel optimization, and budget allocation at the campaign and channel levels.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and untapped acquisition channels.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing media buyers and acquisition specialists.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on acquisition performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships

  • Work closely with Business Intelligence (BI) to analyze spend efficiency, user lifetime value (LTV), and retention metrics.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to optimize new user onboarding, funnel testing, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Technology to enhance attribution modeling and build internal reporting infrastructure.
  • Ensure alignment between media strategy and overall brand positioning, promotional calendar, and customer experience.

Marketing Technology & Attribution

  • Drive marketing measurement strategies using deterministic and probabilistic attribution models.
  • Enhance first-party data strategies in response to evolving privacy regulations (iOS, GA4, ATT, etc.).
  • Lead development of incrementality testing frameworks to improve budget efficiency and attribution accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading growth marketing, media buying, or user acquisition in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
  • Proven track record of optimizing large-scale marketing budgets in mobile, gaming, sports betting, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong experience in media mix modeling, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
  • Deep expertise in paid social, programmatic, search, traditional, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience partnering with BI teams to analyze acquisition data and develop KPI-driven strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other DSPs.
