Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for users on Windows PCs, macOS systems, and iOS/Android mobile devices.
 
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including in-house business applications.
 
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
 
- Image and prepare Mac and PC systems for end users.
 
- Install and configure new hardware and software, including Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cisco VPN, and other supported tools.
 
- Support AV setup and troubleshooting for meetings and presentations.
 
- Maintain and update accurate inventory of IT hardware and components.
 
- Coordinate service requests and manage repair or replacement of defective equipment.
 
- Recommend cabling and infrastructure improvements for workstation installations.
 
- Manage and support remote tools such as TeamViewer and JSM.
 
- Handle setup and configuration of RingCentral devices and services.
 
- Provision employee badges and manage physical access rights.
 
Skills and Attributes
- Solid understanding of desktop support and LAN/WAN technologies.
 
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, macOS, Office 365 administration, Azure, and Active Directory.
 
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
 
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
 
- Quick to adapt to new tools, software, and hardware platforms.
 
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to support users at all organizational levels.
 
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
 
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
 
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
 
- Proficient in both PC and Mac environments.
 
- Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf is a plus.
 
- Occasional travel to other sites in the US may be required
 
- Note: This is a full-time onsite role.
 
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

$77,700 - $108,800 USD
