Junior Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated,  dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in welcoming and integrating small and medium-sized enterprises into our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with SME clients to understand their needs, facilitate a smooth onboarding process, and ensure their successful transition into our business ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, new merchants and partners 
  • Handle merchant and partner change requests post-onboarding is completed
  • Ensuring data is correctly entered into the onboarding system 
  • Handle cases in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for onboarding 
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues between the business and new merchants and partners. 
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify areas of process improvement/gaps in the system and escalate accordingly

Requirements: 

  • Eagerness to learn
  • Focused on customer service delivery and team collaboration
  • Strong customer relationship/interaction skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Detail oriented 
  • Being able to handle large volumes of requests and able to prioritize effectively 
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or legal would be considered an asset
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms.
  • 2-3 years in a service-oriented role
  • Spanish language speaking is a plus
