Responsibilities and Duties:
- Systems Monitoring: Oversee production processes and systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Incident Management: Quickly investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Lead production maintenance efforts to proactively prevent issues and optimize system performance.
- Cross-functional leadership: Act as a representative of the team in high-level operational meetings, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
- Deployment and Release Management: Manage the deployment and release processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Play a leading role in UAT sessions, ensuring that new systems meet both technical and business requirements.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation and interpret both business and technical requirement documents to support operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a support team leader role is an advantage.
- Systems Ownership: Experience as a system owner is highly desirable.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
