Recruiter - Full Cycle (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months

As a part of our Talent team, you will partner with leadership and the recruiting team to identify, contact, and engage high caliber professionals to join our fast growing team. Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, recruit, engage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's culture, values, and business goals to align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Designed, built and rolled out recruiting processes and are excited about scaling.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide guidance to interviewers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on recruitment progress and key performance indicators.
  • Drive recruiting hygiene by accurately capturing all sourcing/recruiting activity in ATS (Greenhouse).

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a mix of hiring for technical and non-technical roles
  • Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confidence when working autonomously
  • High business acumen & strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner
  • Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene
  • Possess an understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a Startup experience preferred
  • Ability to identify, attract, engage, and effectively manage the interview, negotiation, and closing process
  • Provide timely responses to candidates and accurate pipeline metrics and status to hiring managers
  • Experience with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Good Times and ATS systems like Greenhouse

Additional Job details
The pay range for this position is $45/hr - $55/hr per hour.
