Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a proactive Multilingual Communication Coordinator to lead translation and interpretation activities while participating in strategic planning and communication initiatives. Enhance our company's relationship with partners and community.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate and localize documentation, ensuring cultural nuances are respected.
  • Provide interpretation for meetings, training sessions, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate on crafting bilingual marketing content and campaigns.
  • Support event planning and execution with multilingual needs.
  • Drive effectiveness of communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Aid in project coordination and execution.
  • Maintain and organize language resources and glossaries.
  • Participate in business development and networking events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and report generation.

Qualification:   

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.  
  • High proficiency in both Korean and English.
  • Experience in translation, interpretation, and/or operational support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global company
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PPT

Requirement:     

  • Authorized to work in the US
