What You’ll Do
The Senior Manager of Centralized Indirect Procure to Pay Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the purchase order lifecycle related to Indirect spending categories (e.g., Marketing, Creative, IT, Supply Chain, Corporate Services). This leader will centralize and streamline PO creation, and tracking processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, manage new vendor onboarding process, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing vendor performance across the organization. The position will be reporting to the Director, Global Indirect Procurement. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about Indirect Procurement, gets excited about problem solving with various cross functional teams, and is focused on building relationships.
This role is a unique opportunity to join a new team chartered by developing the foundation and future of Indirect Procurement at Sol de Janeiro.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Develop and lead a centralized Indirect PO management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for Indirect PO lifecycle management.
- Drive transformation initiatives to improve PO efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end Indirect PO process including requisition intake, approval workflows, PO issuance, change orders, and closure.
- Ensure timely and accurate PO creation in alignment with budgetary controls and policy guidelines.
- Collaborate with Finance and Indirect Procurement category managers to ensure POs support cost management and reporting requirements.
- Manage New Vendor Onboarding Process (collecting documents from all new vendors to be onboarded)
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
- Lead change management communication on for new Indirect Purchasing process
- Maintain procurement systems (e.g., SAP, and future reporting tools) and ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for cycle time, accuracy, compliance.
- Act as a liaison between Procurement, Finance and Business Units to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
- Educate internal stakeholders on procurement policies and PO processes to promote compliance and adoption.
- Partner with category managers to support sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure all PO activities comply with corporate policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Mitigate financial and operational risks associated with encouraging indirect procurement practices.
Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of Indirect Procurement experience with a focus on Indirect purchasing and PO Management
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing centralized procurement operations
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of Procurement processes and end-to-end Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong understanding of indirect procurement categories and vendor management practices.
• Expertise in ERP and eProcurement tools. SAP Experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently.
• Effective problem solving and project management skills.
• Organized and keen on details and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to occasionally travel for supplier visits, up to ~5%
• Beauty industry or Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred.
• CPSM, CPM, CSP, or Six Sigma certifications preferred, not required.

Salary Range
$125,000 - $135,000 USD
