What You’ll Do

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a hands-on, high-impact role that supports full-cycle recruiting across U.S. and international markets. You will manage everything from interview scheduling and candidate communication to sourcing, screening, and delivering first round interviews. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs, ensuring a seamless, structured, and candidate centric process that reflects Sol de Janeiro’s brand and values. 

This role requires agility, organization, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. 

What you’ll be working on

Full-Cycle Recruiting 

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across corporate, creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, retail, and international teams.  
  • Conduct first round interviews and present qualified candidates with clear, structured assessments. 
  • Manage requisitions, job postings, and hiring workflows inside Greenhouse. 
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, guiding them through best practices and interview process consistency.  

Scheduling & Candidate Coordination 

  • Lead all interview scheduling across time zones, maintaining an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a high touch, professional experience. 

Sourcing & Talent Engagement 

  • Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.  
  • Build diverse talent pipelines for both domestic and international roles (U.S., EMEA, UK, APAC).  
  • Engage and nurture passive candidates while representing Sol de Janeiro’s values and employer brand. 

Process, Tools & Data 

  • Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting workflows within Greenhouse, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.  
  • Track recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress; share data-driven insights with People Leadership.  
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and scheduling tools. 

Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with HRBPs, Operations, International People Teams, and business leaders across regions to align on hiring needs.  
  • Support global TA initiatives including recruitment marketing, employer branding, system enhancements, and early career/campus programs 

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience hiring across multiple corporate functions; background in lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-impact searches with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with business leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence and insight.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and systems; familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and interview scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating across levels, from high-volume to niche roles.
  • Ability to balance fast-paced, high-volume needs with thoughtful, targeted searches.
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in candidate experience, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, events, or hiring needs.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
