In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding patient access to quality mental healthcare, helping patients find the right care at the right time and directly advancing Spring Health’s mission to remove barriers to mental health support. You will also play a critical role in broadening the reach of Spring Health’s provider network, enabling more patients to be served and empowering providers to connect with the right prospective patients. Through initiatives that increase provider visibility and give providers greater control over their caseload, you will help them extend their impact and reach within their communities, ensuring that quality mental healthcare is accessible to those who need it most.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and launch go-to-market features that empower providers to expand their reach and improve their discoverability with prospective clients.
- Create patient-centered discovery tools that guide patients to providers who best match their specific needs, supporting therapeutic alliance and clinical outcome.
- Identify key pain points for providers in managing caseloads and client acquisition, while also understanding the challenges patients face when seeking mental healthcare.
- Own and drive conversion goals across the patient sign-up funnel, running rapid experiments to test hypotheses and scaling successful initiatives for maximum impact.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and optimize the success of GTM initiatives.
- Lead the product development lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and planning to execution and post-launch analysis, prioritizing high-impact GTM solutions that enhance provider visibility and network expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Member Experience, and Business Development teams, alongside a dedicated GTM task force, to execute initiatives that drive provider engagement and increase caseload.
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships and integrations that expand the reach of Spring Health provider network.
- “Roll up your sleeves” and drive results as a proactive, self-motivated product manager with the appropriate rigor and attention to detail for each stage of product development.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, sharing insights to continually refine and evolve the product strategy.
What success looks like in this role:
- Deliver tools that empower patients to seek mental healthcare with confidence, reducing barriers to taking that first step.
- Continuously improve our matching capabilities to connect patients with providers who meet their clinical needs and personal preferences.
- Provide provider-facing tools that give providers greater control over their caseload and enable them to strategically grow their practice with Spring Health as desired.
- Support providers in their “go-to-market” journey by empowering them to build effective profiles that act as dynamic storefronts.
- Increase conversion rates across the patient sign-up funnel by running targeted experiments and optimizations to drive engagement.
- Apply growth best practices tailored to Spring Health’s unique context to enhance patient access and provider engagement.

- Strong understanding of product design principles and the ability to work closely with Product Design teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
- Proficiency in UX and frontend design principles, with the ability to partner effectively with design teams to ensure visually compelling, user-centered interfaces.
