We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Customer Experience team, working with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to create a world class mental healthcare experience. This individual will be responsible for defining a strategy for and delivering standard and custom data, analytics, and reporting to Spring Health’s large employer and payer customers and technology partners in a high-performing, scalable, and secure environment
What you’ll be doing:
Customer Consultation and Requirements Gathering
- Dive deep on customer and vendor data requirements - in pre-sales, implementation, and on-going post-sales engagements - by directly leading technical conversations with customers and vendors
- Establish strong collaboration and working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally (includes Data, Business Intelligence, GTM, BI, Executive, Finance, Legal, Clinical, and HR/People teams)
- Analyze data trends and translate data into stories that communicate the value of Spring Health to customers
Define a Product Roadmap for Customer Data
- Define and execute strategies and roadmaps for data sharing, ad hoc reporting, and data stories for customer QBRs/ABRs
- Balancing competing priorities while maintaining a long-term vision.
- Validate data self-service use cases for customer and CSM needs from all ad hoc requests; collaborate with PMs across the org to get these prioritized on their roadmaps when required
- Determine and optimize the key performance indicators for your team
Execution: Deliver High-quality Customer Data Commitments
- Prioritize customer data requests.
- Build data delivery solutions that ensure member privacy is held to the highest legal and ethical standards
- Manage data requests through to high-quality delivery to Payers and large Employers (includes ad hoc reporting, QBR decks, data feeds, etc.)
- Leading complex projects beyond technical delivery, including analytical deep dives and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with GTM teams to ensure Sales and Customer Success enablement of customer data products and processes
- Review and report on progress for initiatives/projects, managing project risks - including the development of contingency plans - to internal and external audiences, often at executive level

- Customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder satisfaction with speed/quality/completeness of data sharing requests
- Efficiency gains of Engineering and Data teams through automation
- Quality of data matching/data sharing
What we expect from you:
- You’ve worked for 3+ years in a data function, preferably as a Product Manager, Data Consultant/Strategist, or Technical Program Manager for data or API products, at a technology-driven organization with data analysts, data scientists, analytics engineers, and software developers
- You have experience leading high-profile customer and vendor engagements to deep-dive on requirements, present roadmaps, and demo product functionality
- Experience gathering requirements, refining specifications, and managing data integration projects through deployment
- You can articulate high-level insights from raw data and present these data stories to customers, speaking directly to the customers’ interests and needs
- You feel comfortable reading and writing technical documentation about the capabilities of an API or other data service
- Foundational understanding of common data exchange methods (e.g., REST, SFTP)
- You have built B2B or B2B2C products, developing compelling roadmaps that inspire customers, and delivering value and ROI to the end users and their business
- You have an outstanding track record of owning a set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy and roadmap for a product area, and consistently delivering on OKRs
- You have worked in an ever-changing environment and are able to drive detailed trade-offs during the entire product life cycle
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguous problem areas
- You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing tactical and strategic execution
- You have the mental resilience to know that we're just at the start of a long journey in which change is constant
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
- You possess strong organizational and project management skills, and are careful and accurate with details
- You possess excellent product judgment; ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balancing stakeholders need
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare or another regulated industry
- Quantitative background (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- Proficient in SQL
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Experience implementing HL7, 270/271, and other common Healthcare standards a plus
- Proficiency in SQL a plus
The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
