
People Operations Coordinator (Temporary Part Time)

Reporting to the Associate Director, People Operations & Systems, the People Operations Coordinator (Temporary Part Time) plays a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience by supporting important People team processes including onboarding and offboarding. You’ll collaborate across teams to maintain high standards of data integrity in our systems and to provide timely support to employees. This is a temporary, part-time position that is fully remote with no expectations for travel. This role will require working hours M-F and a more detailed schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
What you’ll do:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics to create seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees
- Process employee transactions and data updates within the HRIS
- Provide support to employees through our internal ticketing system
- Update and maintain internal knowledge bases and SOPs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize people-related workflows and improve the employee experience
What success looks like:
- Deliver timely employee support within defined SLAs
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in employee lifecycle transactions
- Contribute to self-service initiatives to reduce tickets logged
- Keep internal process documentation up to date and actionable
What you’ll bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment (including internships)
- Previous experience working with an HRIS (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
The target base range for this position is $32.54 - $40.67, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
