Senior Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Client Services and supporting the Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Org, you’ll play an integral role in client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Channel & Technology Partnerships Lead, Client Service support teams, and various cross-functional teams to maximize ROI for our customers. Additionally, this role will allow you to use your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns, drive increased investment, and come up with unique solutions that ensure client satisfaction. 

The Partnerships & Alliances team is focused on building joint solutions with platforms, service providers, and value-added resellers. As part of the Revenue organization, we help our customers win by forging alliances and developing product offerings that reduce the level of effort required to deliver strong advertising outcomes. We do so by engaging our clients' partners, working with them to build joint solutions, and partnering with them to provide market-leading infrastructure, services, education and enablement that accelerate adoption of their business and ours.

StackAdapt is a fully remote company though there may be travel expectations to visit clients across the US. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts
  • Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular insights on campaign performance, strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
  • Provide client consultation on the StackAdapt DSP, including campaign setup, optimization strategy, third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting 
  • Identify upselling opportunities to drive incremental revenue 
  • Share feedback around the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency
  • Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis
  • In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
  • Travel as necessary

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or ads executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue
  • The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
  • An entrepreneurial spirit. You see opportunities that others don’t, and you think outside of the box
  • Technical understanding of integrations, server to server, API, identity, and supply
  • Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and demonstrate contribution and adoption of the solutions you design
  • Experience working with complex databases is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients
