2+ years of experience managing infrastructure, platform, or API engineering teams, with a proven track record of growing engineers and delivering complex technical projects.

Experience leading teams that build and operate services at significant scale, understanding the challenges of reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple engineering teams.
Some of our Technical Expectations:
We're not looking for 100% coverage; if you match any of these qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:
Experience managing teams working with modern infrastructure technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD systems.
Background leading platform services, developer tooling, networking infrastructure, or similar foundational engineering domains.
Understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed systems monitoring at scale.
Experience with containerization, service mesh technologies, and modern deployment practices.
Familiarity with database technologies, caching systems, and distributed system design principles.
